February 12 through 14, 2026 | Abromson Community Education Center, University of Southern Maine, Portland
This coming February, passivhausMAINE invites you to gather for our thirteenth annual Forum — a three-day event celebrating Maine’s leadership in clean building and sustainable development.
Drawing on our state motto, Dirigo (“I lead”), this year’s theme, “As Maine goes, so goes the nation,” highlights how innovation here at home is shaping the future of construction, energy and community resilience across the country. Through panels, keynote presentations, workshops, site walks and networking, we’ll explore how Maine’s progress in workforce training, high-performance housing, and low-carbon technologies is charting a path toward a cleaner, smarter, and more sustainable built environment. The program features expert panels, hands-on workshops, and networking events, including a welcome dinner and keynote presentation from Michael Hindle of Passive to Positive.
Come join builders, designers, policymakers, and advocates to chart a path toward a more resilient, low-carbon built environment. More info at phmeforum.org.
