Located in the historic small city of Bath, Maine, David Matero Architecture is a full-service architectural firm specializing in residential, commercial, historic, entertainment and restaurant architecture, and stays at the forefront of energy efficient and sustainable architecture.
DMA has diverse experience in planning and design for residential and commercial projects and is registered in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. The DMA team provides highly personalized service for both large and small projects and are hands-on from initial concept through construction.
Since 2008, DMA has provided a respected and varied portfolio of projects that includes office buildings, restaurants, custom residential projects, and even bowling alleys. With six people on staff, we are proud of our diverse set of strengths.
At DMA we begin each project, whether it is a house or a commercial project, by listening to the client’s needs, desires, and budget. As we continue, ideas are exchanged between the owner and architect, and then distilled into a concise and logical solution. We work hard at building environmentally appropriate structures that meet the needs of the owner. We believe in designing good architecture that is both sensible and budget conscience, as well as a reflection of the client.
