Maine Green Brokers at Advisors Living Real Estate is part of a growing boutique brokerage born in the Boston area by real estate leaders who put the brokers at the center of everything they do in order for us to best serve our clients to make optimal decisions on their real estate transactions. Since 2005, Julia Bassett Schwerin has been a full Broker working full time for clients in southern Maine, first with Coldwell Banker and recently joining the new Maine office of Advisors Living less than a year ago. Julia has been a Green designated broker by the National Association of Realtors since 2010 and teaches green building marketing.
Sustainability
Julia Bassett Schwerin is a certified Green Broker designated by the National Association of Realtors Green Resources Council, and also holds certifications in Resort and Second Home Property, Buyer Brokerage and Commercial Brokerage. She is Co-Chair of the Sustainability Advisory Group of the Greater Portland Realtors, and a Director of the Greater Portland chapter and Maine Association of Realtors boards. She has led the production of 26 CEU hours of green building classes for Realtors
