Attendees will hear about the policy initiatives behind the recent changes, a look inside the legislative process, efforts to inform municipal officials, the public, and other stakeholders, and the view from two Maine communities that have been active in solar about how the changes might affect what they do.

"Coffee with COG" is an occasional, informal briefing and listening series intended to bring timely topics and issues to our members in an interactive setting.
