Rock Row in Westbrook is a $600+ million project in Greater Portland that will be the future home to Maine’s first commercial cross-laminated timber tower, the state’s largest conference/event center, a 26-acre recreational quarry, and 300,000+ sq ft of world class restaurant and retail shopping.
